Cancellation & Refund of order ?

Magician Rik’s Gallery** reserves the right to cancel any order without explanation in situations where we are unable to meet the requirements of the order or in the event of an out-of-stock situation. However, we will ensure that any communication regarding the cancellation of an order is sent via email or phone within an appropriate time frame. Any applicable refunds will be processed in a reasonable time.

For special cases of payment refunds, it will take **5 to 7 working days** to process the refund after receiving the returned product, provided the return is done with prior confirmation from the **Magician Rik’s Gallery** team.

Can you take returns?

We only accept returns if the shipped product is damaged or if there is a manufacturing defect. In such cases, the item will be replaced with the same working magic trick. Since the secret of magic tricks is a crucial factor, we will not accept returns if you are unable to perform the trick. Please read the complete details of the trick before making your purchase.

Please note that **Magician Rik’s Gallery** requires notification of damaged or defective products or returns within **2 days** of delivery. If you are unable to notify us within this time frame, we shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.

RETURNING DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

You can return items that were damaged in transit by shipping them back to us via post or through your local courier. Returns for damaged or defective props must be shipped back within **7 working days**; otherwise, a **30% restocking fee** will be applied to the returned/damaged/defective product. Once we receive the damaged or defective trick, it will be replaced with the same working product.

Please note that the shipping charges for returned products will be paid by the customer only.
